Refund Policy
Effective Date: 03/12/2026
This policy explains refunds for digital education programs and done-for-you implementation services.
1) Academy Programs (Digital Training)
Due to the digital nature of our courses, all course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
If you experience a technical access issue, we will work to resolve it promptly. Technical issues do not qualify as refunds when access can be restored.
2) Done-For-You Implementation Services
Implementation services involve time, labor, and administrative processing. Payments are non-refundable once work begins.
A refund may be considered only if:
- Work has not yet started
- No filings have been submitted
- No digital infrastructure has been created
Government filing fees, third-party subscription fees, and external platform costs are always non-refundable.
3) Payment Plans
If you enroll using a payment plan, missed payments may result in suspended access and paused services. Amounts already paid remain non-refundable.
4) Exceptional Circumstances
We may review refund requests at our sole discretion. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to process.
